“The sunrise lady” theater for benefit of the project “Wheels for education”


[Update 04/01/2017]: We’re grateful to everyone to have collaborated, we’re fully grateful to our friends from “Grita Teatro” for their great effort in a wonderful show, thanks to you we collected 545€ that all will be send to the proyect “Whells for education” as was announced.


March 4 2017, at 18h, will be the presentation of the play “The sunrise lady” with our friends of Grita Teatro, at the House of Culture in Alzira (map)

The play will be in benefit of the project “Wheels for education” in which ZaKaTiKi are collaborating. That project consist in bring bicycles to the girls of the lowest castes of the city of Cuddapah, at the Andhra Pradesh state in India. With that bicycles the girls can go fast from and forth their homes to the school, so they can get more time to study.

Donations of 5€ per person will be collected upon arriving. All the funds will be derived to the project “Wheels for education”.

SYNOPSIS:

In a little town at the Asturias mountains, a just married young girl is missing, drowned in the river, putting in a deep sadness her husband, her mother and all the family. The mother reacts forbidden to go out to all their little children, to protect them for the dangers of outer world, which makes a estrange atmosphere at the home.

At a full moon night, at winter, a mysterious peregrine woman who go thru Santiago’s Way, ask for rest in the house. For the grandfather the face of that woman seems known. But he don’t remember where saw she… neither when…
